I received my patio blossoming cherry tree today and I am over the moon! It's a fantastic size! It was promised 3-4 feet and it's definitely the maximum! I have already placed another order for another 2 trees, the Prunus Amanogawa variety. Thankyou Direct Plants...I definitely recommend!!

My first Directplants order of a 4-5ft Ceanothus shrub was delivered yesterday, within just a few days of ordering. Packaged extremely carefully, ensuring the tall shrub was well supported and totally undamaged in transit. Unlike most online plant suppliers' false claims, this shrub was actually the height promised (almost 5ft) and in superb condition, some buds already about to bloom. Really impressed with this company and already shopping for more from them.

Excellent quality plants. Pack of 10 Thuja Plicata. Delivered as promised in excellent nick. Size as described, vigorous healthy looking young trees. Roots filling the pot but not root bound. Couldn't be better! I'm expecting a fantstic hedge in no time. Thank you.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago, have been chasing it up for the last week. I have been told it was delivered, despite me having proof that it wasn’t. There is no way of telephoning - only an email address is given and responses are very slow.
Update - They have now accepted that my order wasn’t delivered and I have been given an option of a refund. I will update on how long this takes.
Update - 3 weeks later, refund not received, had to request a charge back with my credit card company

First time using Directplants.co.uk Order 2 x 10 shrub packs. Good variety, healthy plants, well packed, despatched quickly, tracked and arrived when they said they would. Happy.

I couldn’t be more delighted with the trees I bought from direct plants. They arrived really well packaged and cared for. The trees were reasonably priced and really good value for money. Excellent speedy service. I shall definitely be using them again.

Young blossom tree arrived very fast and was as described,healthy and strong.Disappointed at the lack of branches near the top of the trunk but buds look good. Not one bud damaged so well packed.
